At DMEsuperstore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment does not meet your needs, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it via a trackable carrier to the address provided by our support team.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the item, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
